I’m familiar with Roasti as a local roaster and have enjoyed their coffees several times. A friend shared some of these beans with me over brunch. I'm quoting him: “When you see them selling a small bag, you know something is special.”
Definitely a pleasant cup. It opens with a brief touch of grapefruit-like acidity, followed by black tea notes and a touch of astringency. The grapefruit and Earl Grey notes on the bag feel on point.
