The Farm

Finca El Paraíso is a coffee farm in Cauca, Colombia, with Diego Bermúdez identified as its producer by Rosso. The farm describes using microbiology to guide fermentation and developing thermal shock processing and condensation-based drying.

About the roaster

Rosso Coffee Roasters is a Calgary coffee business established in 2007. It began roasting in Calgary in 2012.
