Demeka Becha
Mandarin, Blackberry, Bergamot, Iced Tea, Violet

It’s been a while since I’ve had an Ethiopian coffee. Opening the bag, I noticed the beans on this one were quite a bit smaller than other recent coffees. In the cup, this coffee was easy to enjoy. My first reaction when I made this coffee into a latte: “This kind of tastes like chocolate milk.” As a pourover, it was balanced without any particular note standing out.
